01What if I do not know what software I need?
Describe the problem in your own words. We will look at how the work gets done and discuss whether a custom tool, an integration, or an improvement to your existing setup makes sense.
02How is my project quoted?
Every project receives a custom quote after we review the scope, features, integrations, delivery needs, and support. Your inquiry starts that discussion. It does not commit you to a build.
03What does the 50% deposit cover?
The commencement deposit reserves production capacity and starts discovery, structure, and design work under the signed project agreement. Remaining payments are tied to the milestones written into that agreement.
04Who owns the finished work?
Project-specific ownership, licenses, credentials, and third-party services are documented before work starts. After final payment, the agreed client-owned deliverables are transferred with a practical handoff.
05Can PhaseForm support the project after launch?
We can discuss maintenance, updates, monitoring, documentation, and further improvements. The support arrangement and third-party responsibilities are agreed in writing, with a practical handoff if you prefer to maintain it internally.
06What can change a timeline?
Late content, delayed approvals, scope additions, third-party access, integration surprises, and stakeholder changes can all move delivery. Those impacts are surfaced in writing instead of being hidden until the end.
