Contact and project information

When you submit a project inquiry or meeting request, we use your contact details and the information you provide to review the request, respond, and discuss the work. Required fields are marked on the form. Optional context can be left blank.

Delivery and operational records

Submissions are sent to PhaseForm through the configured email provider, Resend. When the Operations connection is enabled, a copy is also recorded in the studio’s private Google Sheets workspace for follow-up and project administration.

Copies saved in your browser

The website can keep your last submission in this browser so you can view it or send a revision. Detailed brief drafts may also be saved for the current browser session. Use “Forget” or “Forget this copy” to remove the saved submission, or clear the site’s browser data. A copy sent to PhaseForm is separate from the browser copy.

Website usage

The site includes Vercel Analytics to help understand aggregate website usage. Project inquiries are handled through the forms separately.

Information to leave out

Please do not send passwords, card details, confidential client records, or sensitive personal information in an inquiry. If the project needs access to business systems or records, we will discuss an appropriate process.

Questions or changes

To ask about your submitted information, request a correction, or discuss removing a record, contact hello@madebyphaseform.com. Include the request reference if you have it.
